Nutrition Facts

One of my favorite food is egg whites, cooked, without added fat and almost every day I eat 3 egg whites for breakfast. The nutrition facts are based in 1egg white. According to my food tracker I should have about 3.000 calories daily, although I love egg whites and thing they're very healthy I need to eat more fiber and fruits to accomplish my goals. I recently stared to pay attention in what I eat but still a long road to go.
